PokerStars World Cup of Poker VII

A total of 56 national teams will compete to win their way to the live final table. To qualify as your country’s best player, you must be the highest ranked player of your country on the 2010 PokerStars tournament leaderboard. Once all the qualifiers are over, the teams are divided into divisions. Players on the winning teams will be invited to leave their US poker sites in favor of the 2011 PCA. Each person receives a prize package that includes accommodations and travel expenses. The World Cup of Poker is one of a kind and its format is not seen in online poker rooms. The players on each team get a share of the chips and then take turns playing an orbit at the table. All of the chips are in play once everyone has had the chance to play at the final table, and then it turns into a standard elimination game. There is a cash prize for each final table finish, but the team winning it all receives $100k.
